16 and need to leave home

I am 16 and in the US, I am very restricted in multiple ways like, I can't use the phone more than 2h, my phone has been locked down by parents, the wifi has been locked down, being home schooled and they won't change it after I asked them, and there like no we are not changing any of it, and I'm stuck in the house most of the time, and there mean. I need to get out but I can't because I have no where to go.
