I'm 23 years old, I want to run away but I have nowhere to go or no money. If I don't run away I'm going to snap. I feel so broken and so tired.

Thanks for reaching out to NRS. It is really brave of you to reach out for help. It seems like you are feeling really bad in your current situation. Since you are over 18 years old, if you do leave home you are not technically considered a runaway.
It is important for you to be safe, and if you are ever in a situation where do not feel safe, call 911 right away.
A resource to consider might be the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The NAMI Information HelpLine can be reached by calling 800-950-6264, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m., ET, or by email at [email protected].
If you are able, doing activities that are calming and relaxing for you, or talking to a friend on a regular basis can be helpful in handling a stressful situation like this.
