I want to call cps or go to the police on my own mother

I want to call or tell someone but everything thinks I'm dramatic because it's not physical abuse. I'm scared the police won't do anything and that my mother will actually kill me if she finds out it was me. I have a plan to leave when I'm 18 but I don't think I can wait that long. What can I do?
