what should i do?

hi... i’m 13 years old and my mom verbally and physically abuses me for the littlest things like dropping a glass plate. she makes me unwanted and insecure. she body shamed me so many times and called me many slurs. but i love her so much and we bond time from time, then she has those moments where she’s really toxic. my dad lives out of state so i rarely see him and i also don’t have any close friends/family to talk too please help.
