My friend is in an abusive home across the country

My friend who I've known for a while online is being emotionally/mentally abused. It's daily. They have hurt ribs that their parents are aware of and not seeking help for them. The service worker and police think they are lying because they don't have proof. But I have verbally heard their aunt/mom/grandma all mentally abuse them. I want them out but they are being threatened and they are scared and hurt.
