my sister makes me want to kill myself or runaway and i dont know what to do

for a while now my sister has been super mean and rude to me and my entire family. she’s my twin sister (we are both 15, turning 16 early 2021). she has thrown things at me, hit me, pulled my hair, yelled at me, insulted me, screamed at me. she yells at and insults my mom and grandparents whenever she can. im at my breaking point. i cant live with her anymore or i feel like im going to kill myself. i dont know if i can call the police on her for her behavior. i have no where to go if i run away. i could go to my neighbor’s house, but they aren't home for half the year, and they aren’t home this week. my mom knows how she (my sister) makes me feels and has talked to her multiple times but her bullying never stops. im living in hell and i dont know how to escape other than dying. ive talked to my therapist and psychiatrist about this as well. im at a lost. no one can help me. im scared. i want help. please someone help me
