I'm 14 years old, and I'll be 15 in January... My mom is constantly yelling at me, telling me to go next door to my grandma's house because she's "afraid that if I'm not out of her sight, she'll kill me." (My mom referring to killing me) and just a few moments ago, I was doing chores and asked my sister if she knew where my speaker was, so I could listen to music as it helps my ADHD. My mother began to yell at me, telling me she was tired of me and to go to my room. It scared me and I got slightly defensive, raising my voice a bit, and she threw something at me so hard it left a bruise and started screaming at me to get out. I continued to put in an effort to do my chores but she wouldn't stop screaming "get out! Get out!" Over and over until I left. Halfway across the yard between the two houses, I met my grandfather whom she had called to come get me out of her sight. Things like this happen on a daily basis and I've gotten close to ending it multiple times. I don't want to call DCF or the cops for fear she'll take my phone which is my only way to contact my friends or anyone else. What do I do?
