  • toxic dad and unhappy household

my parents arent 'abusive' or anything (i think) but theyre rlly strict, almost never let me do anything, keep my phone in their room and i basically have no freedom. my dad is also very toxic to me, basically bullies me about everything, and sometimes/rarely bends my fingers back until i agree w him. i believe that they love me, at least my mom, and im only 16 so i dont really know what to do. i think that they try to do things for me sometimes but i feel like its always a double standard w them. i just want to talk to someone, especially since im already becoming depressed during this pandemic.
