  • abuse, toxic mother, depression

Hi, um i don´t really know where to start but

I´m 12 going on to 13 and i have troubles with my mother she is abusive and i´m tired of being the only one targeted all the time. I´m the oldest sibling and can´t continue to have marks on my body and hide it because of my fears. I´ve been thinking about suicide and running away but my guts tell me not to because i have a father who really loves me but my mom keeps him away so its basically hard for me but no one understands my pain. I don´t have a phone to keep in contact with people to let them know whats going on at home. My mother and i have a toxic relationship and i´m trying to get away from it cause it leads to depression. I am trying to make money but its hard since i´m stuck at home its like prison.

how its going to be hard cause even if i do what do i do about school. i have pictures on my school Chromebook of marks from being abused, and even when i think i about it i forgive and forget but it happens time after time. i don´t feel safe but for me i´m just worried on how things will turn out especially if i call 911 or cps she will lie saying she does not do nothing ¨horrible¨ to her kids then when things is over she will put her hands on me. My father knows whats going on i told him a couples weeks ago i kept it a secret my whole life cause my mom will find out.

If you ever need assistance calling out to CPS to make an abuse or neglect report please call is at 1-800-RUNAWAY.
The fact that you have proof is good and can be helpful if there is an abuse investigation. We recommend Childhelp. because they speciailize in abuse. They would be able to explain to you the process after reporting and how you could use those photos to help your case.
