If My Mom Knows Her Boyfriend Was Having Sex With Her Underaged Daughter But Still Allowed Him To Live In The Home With Them , Can She Get In Trouble ? Isn't That Some Form Of Child Abuse ? Like Child Endangerment ? Because She Is Putting The Kids In Danger By Allowing A Child Predator To Be In The Home With Them .

RE: Can My Mom Be Arrested ?
Hello,
Thanks so much for your question. We are so sorry to hear that your mom allowed her boyfriend to continue endangering her kids. It is not okay for her to do that, and you have a right to report any abuse that is going on in the home. We are here to listen and support you in any way that we can. We are not legal experts here, and laws can be different depending on where you live. You and your family deserve to be safe from your mom's boyfriend. One resource that may be able to help is RAINN (Rape Abuse Incest National Network). They operate a national sexual assault hotline who you can contact at 1-800-656-4673 any time, or go to www.rainn.org. If you or anyone in your family is in immediate danger, you can always reach out to 911 or call the police to report what is going on. We can help you file a report as well if you would like to call us directly at 1-800-RUNAWAY.
