if my parents said quote “I don’t want you in my house, get out,” (and have said so multiple times, and if i tun away (which i’m considering) to my friends house, can he and his family get into legal trouble?

That seems like a complex situation, so it makes sense to want to reach out for more information. Your parents shouldn’t be telling you to leave and that you aren’t wanted in the house. If they do kick you out that would be neglect and you can report that to Child Services and get support from the state to find you a safe place to go.
Technically if you left home (even if your parents say to leave) they can still file a runaway report, meaning you could be sent home and those you stay with could face harboring a runaway charges. Police do have some discretion in these cases though so they may let you stay for a bit and may not end up leveling harboring charges. But we are not legal experts by any means, if you want to be sure you can call out to your local police department, or try to contact legal aid resources in your area.
