Moving Out

Hello. I was wondering if anybody had any advice for me on what to do.

I am currently 17. I will be 18 soon and I want to move out. My mother has bipolar disorder and it has ruined my life. She is manipulative and abusive. So I want to get away as soon as possible. However, I have no car (not even a drivers permit because my mom never let me get it) and no money.

Is there anywhere I can go until I can get a job and a car?
