What do I do?

I have a family issue rn.
Some months ago, my mother has her marriage and gave birth a boy.
I live with my grandmother. She's such a diligent person.
Few hours ago, she said she'll break the kinship ties between me and her. She even said she'll kick me out and said that she would never accept me as her grandchild anymore.
I'm pretty depressed about my mom's marriage and this issue is making me feel more pressured.
I'm sort of rebelling back then, and I thought that's the root of these problems.
If I get kicked out, where do I go? My mom doesnt even live with us anymore. She lives with my stepfather. Even my stepfather doesnt care about me. My mom and him, has a financial problem, and now they're still working to make a living for my stepbrother.

Uhm, okay I'll start from the beginning so you'll understand

I'm 13, and I live in Indonesia.
My mom and my dad were divorced when i was 4 due to his bad behavior.And when I was 10, my mom got a new boyfriend. Ever since that, I rarely talk to my mom, and I received less attention. Anyways, we're living at my grandmother's house back then.
Plus, my grandmother didnt know about their relationship. A few months later, they broke up, and I saw my mom always cried and get pretty pressured.
And then when I was 12, my mom met her old friend, and begin to build a lover relationship. That guy seems pretty nice, so i trusted him. And got married after 6 months? Idk, i forgot. But then the household situation is surprising. That guy (now I should call him my stepdad), was REALLY selfish, and yelled so much to my mom. I... dont like him anymore.
And at 25 January 2016, she gave birth to my stepbrother. Their household is stable at the moment and now, after giving birth to my stepbro, my mom moved in my stepdad's house. Since then, my mom rarely contact me. AND WHATS WORST IS THAT MY STEPDAD AINT TALKING TO ME ANYMORE. I'm getting sick of it.
I was rebelling. My grade slips down, and my attitude is quiet sickening to the other since I use harsh words, but I dont think that thats a problem. I was pretty depressed so I go to internet cafe as a runaway chance. But my grandmother disagree, since I am a girl, so I cant leave the house too long to an unsafe place.
I'm sort of lazy person, but my grandmother is the opposite, so we argue, like a lot. I thought I couldnt contact my mom because she has her own problem, and that my biological dad is nowhere to be (he's working... at a ship or plane? Idk. He's at some place that the signal cant reach).
I have a relative near my grandma's house, but since I'm Muslim, and they're Christian, I dont know if I can fit there.
I was thinking of a runaway before my grandma kick me out, but I have no where to go. It was a stressful situation that cant handle alone. But I cant just tell my mom I would runaway, right? Bc she has her own problem.
Please give me solution.
