    Hi there,
Thank you for writing to us here at National Runaway Safeline (NRS).
We understand it takes great courage to reach out, and we appreciate you sharing your feelings about what’s going on. It sounds like you’re quite overwhelmed by things at home right now. We’re sorry you’re going through this.
You don't deserve to be hurt in any way. It is not your fault that you are being abused. You cannot control what others do, say or feel. The situation sounds very tense and stressful leaving you unsure about what to do. It does not sound like your dad has been supportive.

The communication does not seem to be there.

We can understand you wanting to see improvement in your situation. Reaching out was a nice first step towards getting help. Good job.
NRS is here to listen and here to help. You are welcome to contact us at 1-800-Runaway (786-2929) or www.1800runaway.org (Live chat) and explore some options and maybe come up with a plan to help your situation.
Sometimes talking things out might help to come up with some ideas previously not thought of.
If you would like to speak more about your situation and how we might be of service we would be glad to hear from you.

    Take care,
    NRS

    Narcasist step mom

Dad let's narcassist step mom run him and the house. All kids are verbally and mentally abused. I can't believe he can just watch and or participate in her mind games. What can we do to get away from this. There seems to be no talking to them without being shouted at and insulted.
