Can I stay with my brother without consent if he is 18+?

My mom is not a great person and I can't stay with my father. I'm 17 and he is 20 years old. Do I need a signature or something from both parents?

We actually are not legal experts here so we can't say for sure what is needed in order for you to move out. In general if you are under the age of 18 you would usually need consent from your parents to live somewhere else.
