As a minor being abused by a legal guardian or parent you do have the right to file an abuse report. My mom will hit me or threaten to hit me once a week, and she won't even let me call anyone because she"loves us" well she crossed the line she thinks it's ok to hit her children because she gave birth to them. Do I have a right to call the cops and leave her.
