Help, im scared and confused

I'm 16 Years old, and i deal with emotional abuse daily. I really want to run away, but scared i will go to jail. im scared that i might start to cut again if i stay
my dad wont let me live with anyone else in my family, and i dont know how much more i can take. all i do is watch kids and cook and clean and school. im a jr in high school.
everyday my dad comes home and yells at me and tells me im worthless and etc. please someone help me. what can i do?????

Thank you so much for reaching out. It sounds like you are in a really stressful situation and is understandable to feel scared and confused. We are sorry to hear that your dad says those things to you. You do not deserve hurtful words or emotional abuse.
It sounds like you have a lot on your shoulders and are doing a ton to help out around the house. Keeping up with cooking, watching kids and balancing school would be hard for anyone. Are there any other family members or possibly a counselor at school that you may be able to talk with about this?
