I don't know what to do

I need some serious advice. Whenever my mom gets angry she always blames my phone and takes it away. To be honest, I just want to run away so bad. And my family refuses to understand me. Always promises to rip my documents up and send me away to Russia. And always I hear why can't i be like other people;s kids.
