im 15 can i have a right to live with one of my family members

i'm 15 and dealing with depression i'm in the room crying everyday and not getting out of bed.
me and my mom argues a lot cause i ask her can i go live with my aunt but she says no
and i hate my mom i don't want to live with her no more my dad is in a shelter home and i'm not about to do
that struggle with him. i just want her to sign some paper that's says my aunt is now my legal guardian

Thanks for contacting us. It seems that you and your mom don't get along very well. We imagine that must be stressful! You mentioned that you want to live with your aunt, but your mom probably won't sign any paperwork. We aren't legal experts here, so we can't say for sure if you could go to live with her legally without your mom's permission. If you are 15 you would most likely need legal consent to do so.
