mentally abused

im 13 and i dont know if im being mentally abused by my parents. They use fowl course at me all the time because i forget to some things like chores and its only sometimes they make me feel bad though. My teacher said that its a teen thing and parents shouldnt yell at their kids they should just take away something valuable. My mom one time did call me fat but she was drunk and i dont think she remembers. But one of the early things she did is when i told her i was using her makeup and told her it was in my bathroom. my room was clean before this then when i came home my room was trashed and a note saying "next time you use things put them back now lean <:<" and i wanted to know if this is mental abuse.
