Advice for a 14 year old

My parents only care about me when my grades are high. If my grades are low, they scold me, threaten to hit me and go through unreasonable things such as making me print out my homework and them handing it in for me. Not only that, but they expect my teachers to change grades the moment something is due. Theyve been yelling at me a lot and wouldnt even let me cry. I want to get away from them for a day. Thats all I ever want, but i dont have anywhere to go and im only 14. Im also scared of this affecting my future.

So im like super pissed right now at my step dad. So Im 15 dont have a phone, cant go out and im not allowed to have a gradr atb. And all because of my stepdad. Yesterday i went to a school football game for a footage project and he didnt believe me. I went either ways btw but hes pissed at me. Hes super sexists too. He tells me since im a girl i have to only think about cooking and cleaning. He is constantly calling names and sometimes i feel like running away. But i have no where to go. What do i do at times when im just super over the top mad at him? Like i have a pretty good life but its never the same since im not his real daughter i just want a norrmal life like my friends,
