Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're having some troubles at home. We aren't legal experts here so we can't say for sure what you are legally allowed to do. We don't know exactly how much control that youth have over where they are allowed to live, outside of their parents. If you wanted to be sure of what your options are, you may want to reach out to the CPS worker who is on your case for more information. They are probably the best persons to tell you where it is possible for you to go, and what's out of your control. Hopefully they can help.

ADVICE or any info
My names S I'm 14, currently receiving neglection and mental abuse from the only adult figure in my life, my mother, this has been happening for 3 years, no any sort of counselor or anything along that lines has helped and will not help. Cps has gotten involved and I think I might be removed from my home,my uncles are the same as my mother and my grandmother and grandfather are disceased but, I have a loving family one state away that would love to take care of me and support me in a great enviorment until I can go on my own. Is it possible that they could send me there instead? Or is that out of the question
