Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you are having a tough time at home. Unfortunately, if your mom is your legal guardian you could run into problems. We are not legal experts but your mom would have to give both of you permission to go live with your father. Maybe you can have a conversation with your mom and dad about why you are feeling like you want to move and come to some type of mutual understanding. Also, if you are thinking about leaving home without permission because you are under the age of 18 and you leave home without permission, you could be considered a runaway. This means that your parent or legal guardian could call the police, who might force you to return home. 13 almost 14 want to live with my dad
I am 13 at the time of writing this but I turn 14 this month and I want to move out and live with my dad. My little brother feels the same and we both want to move. Any advice on how this could happen. We feel that Washington State is better than Georgia. We want to be with our dad again
