Need to runaway because I could not go to good school and my parents always fighting

I want to post this because I belong to Pakistan and I guess it's a country where no one would provide me shelter if I'm on my own. The reason I want to leave is
1st of all my dad. He spends a lot of money on himself but not for his kids and is always hesitant to provide something good to us and always finds a topic through
which he could argue with my mom and now a days my mom really wants to kill him because of his nature. My parents always fight from which I'm tired. I'm treated like
a pariah in my own house so please I need your help to find a place for me to seek a shelter. I'm 15 and I can't go on my own.
