Often, youth may reach out to NRS in several different ways to discuss their situation. If a response from NRS is not visible to a bulletin posting it may be that we have already provided services to that individual through another platform we provide such as email, our crisis hotline, or our live chat service (in operation every day from 4:30p to 11:30p CST). I am 17 soon to be 18 in December, I live in Brunswick gerogia and want to leave home to reside somewhere else. Which would be my grandparents. Now I have contacted the police threw email and they have told me at 17 I am a legal adult and can choose to reside somewhere else. BUT websites tell me different..how do I know what the police are telling me is true? And how can I move out and into my grandparents?
