my parents are abusive sociopaths and are wanting to kick me out of the house

I’m currently 16 yo and my family sees me as the black sheep. My parents start fights, which end in either a physical fight between me and my dad or with both my parents and sister ganging up and making me feel worthless with either gas liting me or being verbally abusive to me, all because i either damaged one of their egos, said no to them or just disagreed with what they’ve said. Well in January of this year, me, my mother and my grandmother were having a fight, to which my grandmother started to hit me continuously until i lost my cool and accidentally slapped her. I felt incredibly bad and to top things off i was contemplating taking my own life from the thought of having my life destroyed all for a mistake that my mother bragged about me doing and the police thinking i’m evil. Now months later, my mother decided to start a fight with me because i just wanted to take the week off since most of my year isn’t at school Since we’re not doing anything for the week and now has escalated to them threatening to call the cops on me for that mistake and to kick me out of the house. I’m feeling scared about what the cops would think of me once they hear about that mistake i did and whether they’ll belive me that my parents are sociopathic, abusive, manipulative people and whether i’ll have a better place to stay
