I told the school on my mom and they called cps

I'm a 17 and I have been going through a lot these past few days. I got into a fight with my sister and because I didn't feel good, I went to the emergency room with a friend. A lot of people were asking me what happened, throughout the hospital stay, my mom started finding out things that I have done (sexually) and started cursing me out through text and saying I can't go back home. I told the social worker because I was scared and I did not want to live on the streets. My friend offered me her place and I stayed there for 2 days. After day 1, I came back home to return my cellphone that my mom wanted back, my sister told her I was home. My mom came to our house and started yelling at me, while I was arguing with my mom, my sister threw a punch at my head which left the side of my head swollen. My grandparents were trying to save me and stop both of them from hitting me. My mom and sister left home and I was there with my grandparents. I didn't feel safe to stay so my friend offered to pick me up to sleep over at her house. A day later I went back home again while my mom was at work to get my work uniform. My sister (who is 2 years older than me) texted my mom saying I was home and my mom told me I couldn't leave. When she came back home We started arguing about the things I've done sexually (which I am not proud of), I feel terrible and disgusted for the things I have done and she kept asking for the truth and I gave it to her, which then lead her to punch me and slapping me. After the verbal and physical abuse, I could not keep my mouth shut because this is not the 1st time we have fought like this, I decided to tell a social worker at school. I explained to them that I can no longer live in these conditions and I'm tired of getting slut-shamed, yelled at, and hit. They are mandated reporters and had no choice to call cps after I told them I did not want my mom to get into trouble. Well, Cps came to my house and spoke to my mom, sister and me. Now my mom wants nothing to do with me and thinks I am a snitch for telling on her. I don't know what to do and how to make this better. I've been crying since Sunday and there have been fights since then. please give me advice in this difficult time of my life. thank you
