I Dont Know Where To Go

I am 15 and live in Howard County MD. I had some issues with my mom because she hit me, called me a hoe and was very mentally abusive towards me before also. My father physically abused me as a child so I havent seen him in years since the court ordered him to not have contact with my brother and I for at least two years.
After my mom hit me and called me a hoe, I tried to leave to my half brothers house, he is 27. She called the cops though and they made me go back home with her that night. When we got back home that night though, she told me that if I actually didnt want to stay, I could go live with them instead. So I did.
It has been 4 months now that I have been living with my half brother instead and we have had a lot of issues also (apparently I am very difficult to handle I guess). We dont agree on a lot of things, like the way I dress, if I should be able to hang out with friends, after school activities I should be allowed to do, etc.
So now my brother is telling me that by the end of the school year I have to be out. He doesnt want me living with him anymore either. He says I have to have a plan of what I am going to do after the school years ends by the end of spring break (this week) and I cannot do anything else over spring break except for working on "my next step".
I would rather just go back to my moms and handle her discipline but she doesnt want me back. She is leasing my room to some other person currently and told my brother that her place is "not an option". So now I do not know where to go or what to do, and I have to figure it out by the end of the week. I would like to be able to stay in the same school and just live with a friend but my brother is saying that my mom wont let that happen.
He says if I cant figure out my own solution then he will just end up sending me to job corps, which I do not want to do. What can I do though?

You have a right to make a child abuse report if you wish. If you are considering this option, you can always call us and we can help you decide if this is the best option for you. It can It sounds like you have run away before but were brought home by the cops, but then your mom let you stay with your half brother. Since you are 15, your legal guardian (sounds like that is still your mom) is responsible for making sure you have a safe place to live. If she does not and you end up with nowhere to go, that could be considered neglect. It sounds like you are in a very difficult position, and you do not deserve to be put out like this. You might consider talking to your mom to see if she will give you permission to live with your friend. Since you are a minor, your legal guardian has a responsibility to make sure you have somewhere to go, and you can always make a report that you have been locked out if you need help from social services to step in and make sure you have somewhere to go.
