Im 14 I get hit with the belt cause I'm not following the rules but I try and I can't is there somewhere I can run away to get a new family? I live in mn please help me

We are not legal experts but if you do decide to leave home without permission your parents do have the right to file a runaway report If the police found you they would most likely bring you back home if they found it safe. One option is you could consider talking to your school counselor about what is going on, they may be able to provide you with some resources.
