I am living with my aunt right now for the school year and my aunt told me something about me being able to have custody of myself witch clout my interest because i don't want to live with my dad or my mom even though I love and care about them a lot. How could I get custody of myself so I don't have to live with my mom or dad please help

1. Do you have means to support yourself?
2. Do you have a stable place to live?
3. What are your plans for continuing your education?
4. Who will be your support system?
These are questions that are going to be taken into consideration when deciding if a youth is eligible for emancipation.
