Okay, I don't have any idea why I'm writing a message here..i guess i just wanted to say something to someone before I left....

so after some time i have considered running away, and am finally going to do it. I guess i have just had enough of my parents, and my 'friends' and school (and math!!!).

But it's not all to blame on my circumstances, there is also a slight passion, or need, of finally being free, and letting my past life (this life) go...changing myself, and becoming someone else.

If all goes well, I will leave next weekend.

I'm not going to lie, it's scary. But as the saying goes.."on the other side of fear lies freedom".

So I guess that's about it, so thank you for listening/ thank you for giving me the opportunity to express myself.

My whole life is about to change, but I'm ready!

    RE: running away

Thank you for contacting the National Runaway Safeline.

It looks like you’ve really made up your mind and you’re going to go through with this. We really want to make sure you have a plan and that you’ll be safe when you’re out on your own. We’re also wondering what happened at home that would make you want to leave.
Have you saved up any money? What are you going to use as transportation to get around? These are just a few questions that are good to ask yourself before you do something like run away. If you want to discuss this with someone, we’d be glad to talk to you so you can come up with a good plan. If you wanted to talk about what made you decide to leave home, we can do that too.

    All the best,
Please remember you can reach us directly by calling our 24 hour hotline, 1-800-RUNAWAY (786-2929) or through our Live Chat.
