14 want to run away have no help

I'm 14, I want to run away because my mom is extremely mentally abusive, over small things, and sometimes even physically. I don't think I have anyone to take me in, but I can't handle this abuse anymore. I've wanted to run away for over a year now. Im in california. I don't feel safe at home

Child Help USA 1-800-422-4453 www.childhelp.org is an organization that helps protect minors from being harmed. It may also be a good place to explore options for staying with another family member or someone you trust as far as transferring custody.

We understand that you feel this is not a good situation. Have every right to want to feel safe. Running away is a big step and raises some questions as to how you will survive.
