I am 18, but im still in high school. Can I still move out without getting in any legal trouble?

We are not legal experts but we can answer your question generally. 18 years old is the majority age or age you become an adult. You might try to google the state you are in followed by "majority age" to make sure that you are considered an adult in your state. If you are considered a legal adult and can make your own life decisions, and it does not matter if you are in school. So you are able to leave without finishing school.
