I don’t feel like my family loves me anymore

I’m 13 and I don’t feel like my family really loves me at all. My mom and I constantly argue, my dad just tells us to shut up, and my sister takes my moms side and cusses me out. Plus my Dad's almost never home and when he is he does nothing. We also don’t really live in the best conditions. I’m just in that stage where I feel like the whole world turned it’s back to me. I’m also really confused and don’t know wether to run away, or to stay and confront my family and hope they change. Any suggestion helps.

Another option you may want to consider is talking to a school counselor about what is going on, sometimes talking to a professional can help us feel better. Another option you could consider is trying to do activities to keep your mind off of what is going on. Some activities may be taking a walk, writing your feelings down, and doing hobbies you enjoy. There are more options than running away, we want you to be safe that is our top priority.
