I want to move out of my parents house. I have wanted to for years since I was fifteen . My mom and dad hate me and have said it before to my face .... the only difference this time , is that now I have the power to be stable without my parents.... I know FOR A FACT THAT I'M NOT BEING RASH. I just want to know if any charges could be brought upon me since I'm not 18 yet. I have told my dad that I am leaving ... but what could be the penalty.

If your parent/guardian(s) did file a runaway report police may bring you back home. This of course depends on your local law enforcement and how they handle runaway cases.
