  • I took 14 ibuprofen

Last night I found out that my friend is being abused at home. She told me that I can't tell anyone. She said that she's used to it and that it's getting better. But she said that someone at school found out that she cuts and that they're going to tell the office and her parents and going to find out and abuse her even more.
I'm deal with anxiety, depression, self harm, and I'm suicidal. It was just too much. I took 14 ibuprofen. I woke up today and my stomach just hurts, that's all. I'm not going to school today. I've been drinking a lot of water. I'm not going to the hospital or anything, because if I do I'll go to a mental hospital for attempting suicide. I don't want to die anymore.
What should I do about my friend? Do you think I'm going to be okay from the ibuprofen? (I'm 14 and approximately 105lbs.)

I have a note and nitroglycerin pills hidden and keep contemplating suicide. You have 2 options if your stomach hurts tell someone or hope its not totally sunk in yet and try to puke it up and out of ur body. 😞😣 suicide sucks.

There is support out there for cutting if you feel like you need someone to talk to about it. There’s online support groups. Here’s a couple: http://sioutreach.org/ and http://self-injury.supportgroups.com.

The suicide prevention line can also provide support in this area, even if thoughts of suicide aren’t an issue for you. They have an online chat http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline...elineChat.aspx and they also have a hotline you can call at 1-800-273-8255.

We hope this information is helpful. We are always here to listen and to help.

            Stay strong,
            NRS
