My mom ruins my life

I am a 14 year old boy, and i have had a lot of problems with my mother. When we get in fights, which happens almost daily, she yells and threatens to beat me. I feel as if i am being abused by her emotionally. She doesnt hit me very much, but i have been called stupid, brainless, sh*thead, and a few more names. She is always yelling at me no matter what, and she seems as if she has nothing better to do. She takes my stuff for nothing, wont let me keep my cell phone, which i bought with my own money, in my room at night. Whenever i ask her if i can use my xbox, she laughs at me. I have gotten so annoyed by this that i have taken the controllers out of her room and played in the middle of the night. These problems have been going on for the last 4 years, and its been chewing into my acedemic life. I have failed classes in middle school and im barely passing in high school. I need help on how to fix this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
