I need help

Hello, I am a 14 year old boy and the oldest of 3 siblings
im homeschooled and my parents don't even teach me well enough.
i've tried talking to them about it and they told me that I'm still going to be homeschooled how I am right now. I've called DHR but I chickened out last minute and told them everything was alright because I was scared of what my parents would think
They keep telling me that I should be more open and stuff but every time I tell them they make an excuse and say something like "you're just a child you don't know what you're talking about" and now my mom has gotten so desperate for attention that she wants me to stop wearing headphones to listen to music and stop talking to people online (like in games and stuff) and my dad just agrees with her now and has basically become her
They also forced me to do excessive chorse like cleaning their room/closet/bathroom or putting the beer in the freezer and on top of this I have to watch my siblings
I also recently ran away in hopes that someone would call CPS or something but had no luck
They didn't even call 991 for God's sake! I almost got hit by a semi truck on my way back! (Of course I couldn't tell them that though) they also like guilt tripping us into believing we did something wrong and that they aren't the ones at fault by saying stuff like "I'm just a mother trying to know her son" and "you are so closed up" and basically everything I do has to be monitored by them
I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT!!!
Is there any way I could be adopted by my grandparents or fostered in some way?
