I'm currently 14 but I am in what you might say a jam. I live with my mom and step-father. I hate everything about my step-father basically what a movie would portray about him is what he is. My mom works in Delaware and we live In Pennsylvania. She leaves Wednesdays but some time Tuesday and doesn't come back until Sunday afternoon. I don't really see the point in living here if she's never home. So, I called my dad and he's pretty much a dead beat unless I'm visiting him. He basically told me he doesn't want me. I am currently dating a 16 year old and we've been together for five all most six months now. He resides in North Carolina and wants me to move in. We agreed to wait till I'm sixteen but I want to know if I run away to live with him when I'm sixteen while he's eighteen is that illegal. I know the legal age of consent is 16 there and other relationship should be legal could he or his family member were staying with be arrested?
