  • Help stuck

I was bullied in kindergarten and cant release that. I have had a panic attack for an hour at 1 in the morning. I have very suicidal thoughts and in fourth grade I planned a group runaway. I am having trouble everywhere in my life. My best friend moved and I am sick from stress. I cant take it. Nobody understands at my school even though suicide is a big thing. Our school is horrible and I have a bad school life. I diagnosed myself with depression ptsd, and anxiety. I am always sad. I cant talk to anyone because "friends" cant keep secrets. I have thoughts of self harm. I am dying from the inside out. I am a person who hides my personal life. I am told I am popular. I cant take this stress from school. My whole environment had gone bad. School is prison.

Thanks for contacting the National Runaway Safeline.
It sounds like you have endured a lot of stress and hurt over the years.
It’s good that you are trying to exercise some self-care by reaching out tonight.
No one deserves to be bullied at school or anywhere for that matter.

You feel it a risk for you to talk to friends about your feelings. That’s too bad a good friend should be someone that lends support in trying times. An outside option you might consider is counseling.
We can try to assist you with locating counseling services in your area.

We understand that things have become so overwhelming that you have had thoughts of self- harm.
We hope that you can turn to something else that does not inflict any harm on you.
You might try things like reading, journaling or even taking a walk when you are feeling in crisis.
    How does that sound?

There are also support base services you might consider reaching out to like: provides information from various government agencies on bullying, cyberbullying, prevention and response.
