Im so alone want to runaway

Im 14 and ive been through alot home issues especially (emotional abuse,neglect,being locked in rooms etc.) Im scared today a had a horrible day at school ans had a panic attack and people kept asking me what was happening at home but i was to scared because the last time i sais something i was forced to come live with my dad. My friends dont understand and think its a mistake that i want to tell someone. The bad stuff doesn't happen anymore well not yet anyway. Im scared because if he finds out what happened at school the screaming and yelling might start. I felt so bad i wanted to cry but i couldn't. I know i shouldn't be scared because he hasn't hurt me physically except once but i am. I dont want attention i really dont i just want someone that cares. I love my mom and if i ran away it would kill her. I can live on my own and i know that cant track me because i disabled it and will destory mt phone. Please help i dont know what to do. Im also in a lot of physical pain but i think i could manage it. Please help me..

If you feel comfortable with reporting what is going on at home one option available to you is Child Help USA (1-800-422-4453). Child Help USA is a really great resources that will explain to you about how to report and the process that happens after filing a report, as well as help you file a report if that is something that you are interested in. Here at NRS, we want to make sure that you are safe and are also able to talk with you about what is going on and help you with reporting if you would like assistance.
You are so strong for dealing with this situation at home and for reaching out for help. We really want to help you during this time. You mentioned running away in your post. If you are thinking about running away, if are a few questions for you to consider:

• Do I have a place to stay?
• What about school? Would I continue to get an education?
• Am I going to be gone awhile or coming back in a few days?
• What would I do for money? Shelter? Food? Transportation?
• Who can I depend on if I leave home?
• Do I have a safe, solid plan?
• What is my plan b in case my first plan doesn’t work?

We want to make sure that you are safe and we would really like to assist you and help you develop a plan that is best for you. You do not deserve the treatment that you are receiving at home. Im to scared to report plus it was in the past does it still matter and yes i have a plan but im scared what would happen to me they might actually hurt me if they find out. I want to tell someone but it doesn't seem important and if. They actually beat me i might lose it..

My "family " keeps talking about me And with all my other issues i just want to leave. I know im probably over reacting but its so hard and they wonder why i dont trust them. If i run away would i get in trouble.. im so tired of this..

It seems like you’re having a tough time at home right now, and we’re sorry that you feel this way. We’re here for you, and we recognize that this is giving you a lot to think about.

While we’re not legal experts, we can let you know general information regarding what could happen if you ran away. If you are a minor and run away, generally speaking, the police would be allowed to bring you back home. However, if it unsafe for you to return home, then the police would work with Child Protective Services to determine what actions would need to be taken. Generally speaking, a runaway that is returned home will not get into legal trouble unless they did something illegal while they were away (e.g. steal).

It’s important to note that every situation is different. If you decided to runaway, one option is to contact your local police or the police where you were planning to go to see what they would do if they were to find a runaway of someone your age. This is something that we at the National Runaway Safeline could do for you if this isn’t something you are comfortable doing yourself.

Before deciding to run away, there are some questions that you may want to think about: Do you have a place in mind where you would feel safe going? What are your options for finding shelter and food? Would you have to skip school?
