I want to leave home

my mom and step dad are always down my throat about something I do telling me they're going to sell
my car because I got a piercing behind their back. I've recently been trying to look for my real dad because I want to leave the house and I'm 18 years old. my job can transfer me to another state that it has more locations in if I choose to move. I'm almost half way through my senior year but I just can't take it anymore. nobody notices me when I'm home or when I'm gone but the second I screw up they're down my neck like I'm such a bad kid. should I leave and live with a close friend in Baltimore or find my dad and live with him?
