My dad is torturing me because of my bad grades

Im 15 and i have thinking of runing away about 100 time but my mom thinks im joking my dad is an alcoholic and because od my bad grades he is punishing me a lot of times he would bet me up and tell me to get out on the balcony for an hour where is -6 degrise out i am thinking of runing away to my grand mas until i finishing high school
