i have considered emancipation for a long time now and given it a lot of thought. The fact that over a year how the want to leave keeps coming back makes me feel like it might be the right decision, with my situation. However, I have a lot of anxiety and emotional disorders and it’s very hard for me to do something about anything by myself. I am however famililiar with hotlines and have almost no problem there but crisis hotlines don’t seem necessary and I need someone who can help and give me advice on specifically emancipation. I’m from Pennsylvania, does anyone know of any hotlines I can call to help me with this? Thank you. - morgan

    Hi Morgan,

Thanks for reaching out. We're not legal experts, but the agency Middle Pennsylvania Legal Services, Inc. may be able to help you answer questions about emancipation. They are open M-F 8:30-4:30 at 717-264-5354. Hopefully this helps, and you can call us for other referrals.

    Best,
    NRS
