15 and highly considering leaving home to live on my own

For the past 3 months I have been making a plan for leaving home, my mother neglects me often and I feel really unloved, she also makes me take care of my two younger siblings, such as bathing and feeding them. I am unable to stay with my father or I would go with him, and I can't go to any close family, as I tried that before but was brought back home. Lately my depression has made it so that I have basically given up on everything. I would consider going to a friends, but I don't have any so that is out of the question. I'm feeling very lost and scared, and often feel as if I am going insane. I have tried to talk to my mom before but she just gets mad and tells me I'm overreacting.

This is surely a difficult time for you, and we’re sure you’ve been enduring a lot, having to take care of your siblings and being neglected. You definitely don't deserve to be neglected under any circumstances. We are glad to tell you things you might want to consider in making this decision, but ultimately we aren’t going to tell you what to do. You ultimately know what’s best for you. You may want to consider how easy it will be for you to find shelter, for you to go to school, for you to get food, and for you to stay safe if you run away. If you can’t think of how you’ll have access to these things, then you may want to more seriously consider alternatives to running away like emancipation.
