Can my mother force me out the country ?

I’m 16 year old , and I’ve had issues with my mom before she recently started leaving with me and my brother 1 and a half years ago because my brother was acting up at school and they wanted to see her . I’ve been abused by my mother ever since i was little i moved to America when i was 11 . I stayed with different types of people we got an asylum case and I’ve recently gotten my green card . My mom Don’t know how to take care of us and is controlling over me and my brothers life she doesn’t try to let us go anywhere and do anything she wants us home 24-7 unless we at school ive ran away two times before and got the police brought me back she didn’t change a bit but gotten worst and me and her have a rocky relationship i cut myself before and got into the hospital and they said if i keep cutting myself im going to the crazy people hospital. I explained everything that happened to me to her as i was told by my therapist i told her how i used to get rapped by her friend sons when i was little in africa bout 5- 8 years old and she acted like she cared and still hasn’t changed i told my friends mom everything and she tried her best to get me out and stuff but cps really don’t help around Maryland and some just think you lying they take the parents side more . I don’t want to stay with my mother anymore at all because i dont feel safe with her and i feel like killing Myself all the time i try to stop thinking suicidal but i cant i have heart burns from time to time and i feel weak around her . Lately she been talking about taking to Africa this summer and i dont want to go and is there anyway possible she can force me to ? Can she make the police force me ? And she also does voodoo stuff on me and such
