14, Ontario, mother against transgender child?

Hi I'm 14 years old, FtM trans, and in Ontario. My mom has known for 2 years and she has been abusing me emotionally, verbally, and physically since she does not support transgender she hates LGBT. She has broken my nose last month and gave me a concussion and yesterday she beat the crap out of me and held a knife in her hand. WTF should I do
