Can i just leave now?, I'm 18

I'm 18 and have been for almost 4 months. My mom isn't treating me like an adult. she tells me i have to be home at 8:30 ,treats me as if i'm 12 or something idk what to do. I have a place to live and everything i'm just afraid that she will try to make me come back. Can i just leave?
