We aren’t legal experts, but your mom is legally responsible for you until you are 18 and you have the right to call the police if you are concerned about not having a place to stay, as this can be seen as a form of neglect. We would encourage you to find a safe place to find until you can have a conversation with your mother. It can be difficult to know how to talk to your parents and express your feelings about how you are feeling.
