Can someone help me please? My parents are total child abusers! Every night, my mom keeps yelling at me for no reason until she makes me cry! Also, my parents just beat me with a belt! Not to mention 4 months ago, my father slapped my face! And a year ago, he yelled me at a store! I would be grateful if someone gave me help, as I am crying right now.

I am in a similar situation, I find that doing stuff helps. Pursue your dreams and take up your favourite hobbies. Personally, I am not into sports but if that's your thing join your local sports team. I also find nights the hardest time of day. Your stuck at home with these people you are supposed to call your family. Its hard. But if you do stuff you enjoy during the day maybe the thoughts of this will help.
